This large dagger has a sturdy blade that tapers
to a sharp tip. The blade starts with a V cross section
and becomes diamond sectioned at the tip to slip into any
small openings in armour. The taper of the embuia grip and
small front guard makes using the dagger in an ice pick grip

This sword is based on an actual sword that was excavated in Denmark.
The sturdy ricasso with its deep fullers is very comfortable to grip. The grip has a
core of beech that is wound with cotton cord and finally wrapped in calf hide. The
sword seems hefty but is surprisingly agile for its size, even allowing onehanded use
without much loss of performance.

This longsword (made as part of a set of matching sword and "Feder-schwert") is based on those in use in Germany at the end of the 15th
century. The grip has a beech-wood core with cotton cord binding and goat skin covering. The grip is further
decorated with small brass rivets. The entire sword weighs 1.1kg and is very fast and agile. The
pommel consists of a medium carbon steel strip forged and forgewelded into a ring with the two face plates forge-welded
on last.

Based on the longswords in fashion in Italy during the 16th century, this longsword is very agile
and handles equally well in both onehanded and twohanded use. The terminals on the guard matches the shape
of the pommel with its spherical pommel-nut. The short ricasso is double fullered on both sides.
It weighs just under 1kg. The fishtail pommel allows the handler to grip it comfortably as an extension
of the grip.

This late 13th century styled war-sword has a blade of average length, but more substantial width.
Even though the blade as a whole is quite broad (3.1cm wide measured 1 inch from the tip), the sword is still very well balanced and surprisingly nimble

A gladius with a leafshaped blade. The guard and pommel are of purpleheart with decorated bone fillets and brass plates.
The shaped grip of buffalo horn with bone ridge provides a comfortable and secure grip. The pommel nut and stage are both bronze.
A center of balance that is set quite forward provides stability during a thrust. The blade is still very agile and lively despite
the overall weight and balance.

This Italian Renaissance twohanded sword features blackened steel fittings highlighted with brass fittings
and brass wire inlay. The blade is of Oakeshott type XX with the diagnostic fuller arrangement and the hollow forged pommel is topped
by a shaped pommel nut. The unusual guard is designed as though the two ports are cut in half and shaped at the ends to match the arms of the guard.
The base of the pommel is decorated with carved and textured brass leaves. Despite its size this sword is quite nimble due to the blade's
balance.

The blade of this sword has a narrow, thick ricasso that is shaped like a squashed octagon
in cross section and covered in leather, stitched down one side, to allow a comfortable grip. The leather features a simple
tooled design of flowers and fronds and the grip is devided by a spacer of Cape buffalo horn. Even though it weighs 3.2kg,
it handles quite easily due to the weight distribution. The pommel is hollow forged and topped by a decorated pommel nut.
